The Travel Allied Account Executive will be instrumental in driving Medix’s growth specifically within our Travel Allied division. Account Executives will sell on a national level focused on Imaging and Therapy.
Responsibilities
Strategic Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and generate new leads through targeted prospecting, networking, and industry research to expand our client base.
Relationship Development:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers at prospective and existing client organizations through association memberships, networking groups, and social media.
Territory Management:
Develop and execute strategic territory plans, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Client Presentations & Negotiations:
Conduct compelling presentations and negotiate contract terms to secure new business and expand existing accounts.
Collaboration & Placement Support:
Partner with our recruiting teams to ensure successful client and candidate placements, providing valuable insights and support.
Performance Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed weekly and quarterly performance targets, contributing to the overall success of the Medix team.
Requirements Desired experience includes: prospecting and developing your own territory plan, opening new business, and radiating and growing accounts. Our Account Executives are expected to deliver individual results, while also supporting their teammates and being engaged in the Medix team environment. With this expectation comes a service‑oriented and positive attitude towards teammates, clients, and candidates.
1-2+ years of experience selling Travel Allied
Proven track record of success
Experience prospecting and developing a territory plan
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Service‑oriented, positive attitude
Competitive mindset
Proven desire and ability to take initiative
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Interest in working in a results driven culture with visible KPIs
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experienced in developing a book of business nationally/regionally is preferred
Performance Indicators
Weekly KPIs: outreach, cold calls, meetings booked, and client touchpoints
Quarterly new business: number of new accounts opened
Revenue growth: quarterly and annual billing contributions
Client engagement and retention
Collaboration with recruiting team and overall team impact
