Dedicated to delivering high‑quality elder care services to people of all faiths and backgrounds, the organization offers Skilled Nursing, Senior Living, and Community programs including long‑term care, rehabilitation, memory care, assisted living, hospice, and day health support. Responsibilities
Assess training needs for staff Coordinate and conduct educational sessions Evaluate program effectiveness Collaborate with departments to keep training materials up‑to‑date and relevant Support professional growth and foster a culture of excellence and safety Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with on‑call responsibilities as needed. Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) License required Strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and prioritization ability Proficiency with learning management systems and educational tools Empathy and professionalism in engaging staff at all levels Problem‑solving and proactive approach to staff development Benefits
