Oversee and monitor all activities related to organizational Corporate Compliance in adherence to national standards Coordinate second-level reviews for assigned teams to ensure compliance procedures are applied correctly Ensure timely response and resolution of service level reports within client contracts and regulations Provide guidance and coaching to staff regarding protocol and procedure interpretation Conduct performance appraisals and identify training opportunities for staff development What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience Previous supervisory or management experience Previous experience in quality management, appeals, complaints, or grievance management Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism during all interactions How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience working with Medicaid and/or State programs preferred Knowledge of Corporate Compliance processes, and federal and state regulations is preferred Exemplary communication skills and problem-solving abilities Equal Opportunity Employment
