Oversee and analyze all activities related to organizational Corporate Compliance in adherence to national standards. Coordinate second‑level reviews for assigned teams to ensure compliance procedures are applied correctly. Ensure timely response, resolution, and reporting of service level reports within client contracts and regulations. Conduct monthly meetings and performance appraisals for team members. Provide continuous coaching and guidance to staff regarding protocols and procedures. What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or G.E.D. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience. Previous supervisory or management experience. Previous experience in quality management, appeals, complaints, or grievance management. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions. How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience working with Medicaid and/or State programs. Knowledge of Corporate Compliance processes and federal and state regulations. Data analysis and interpretation skills. Familiarity with managed care and Quality Assurance systems and processes.
