POSITION SUMMARY
This position is a member of the EBARA US sales team managing parts, pricing, inventory, and KPI's.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Establish parts pricing in alignment with revenue and profit targets. (Essential)
Generate annual parts revenue and profitability forecasting. (Essential)
Develop KPI reports on parts sales and inventory to be presented to customers, account managers, and management on a regular basis. (Essential)
Manage parts sales and inventory to meet revenue and cost targets. (Essential)
Develop customer parts-procurement relationships. (Essential)
Support account managers in creating and managing purchase agreements with customers. Manage and report all metrics identified within such Agreements and ensure compliance. (Essential)
Create and maintain a bill of materials for customer sites, manage and negotiate min/max levels for a strategic cost position for EBARA. (Essential)
Support parts sales issues and parts escalations at customer sites to closure, interacting with customers, field support, and EBARA Corporation. (Essential)
Maintain a live parts price reference database. (Essential)
Establish and maintain the accuracy of parts forecast demand in ERP in alignment with customer needs. (Essential)
Collaborate with the Product Manager to prepare quotes for customers. (Essential)
Support Strategic Global Accounts by generating quotes and updating the customer portal on capital items. (Essential)
Key participant in the upcoming SAP conversion (Essential)
Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)
Maintain a clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara and customer safety policies. (Essential)
Perform other duties as assigned. (Non-Essential)
QUALIFICATIONS POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Competency Statement(s)

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
Experience
Six (6) or more years of work experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry. Inside sales, direct customer interface, and sales operations experience.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
High proficiency in MS Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Manage information and prepare reports, dashboards, pivot tables, graphs, and presentations.
Strong relationship-building skills. Collaborate and work effectively with colleagues and customers.
Effectively communicate with a diverse team, including engineering, sales, service, finance, and supply chain.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of SAP and SFDC CRM preferred.
Experience with conversion from legacy systems to SAP preferred
Provide verification of a good driving record if servicing customers off-site.
