Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $17.00/hr
Minimum 6 months recent general labor experience required.
Location: powder coating facility in Santa Ana, CA.
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Must be flexible for overtime.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of recent general labor experience or equivalent.
Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Pass E‑verify.
Must speak Spanish or be bilingual.
Prior experience in roles such as Assembly Line Worker, Machine Operator, Production Associate, Material Handler, and Packaging Worker is a huge plus!

Responsibilities
Mask metal parts according to specifications to prepare for the powder coating process.
Lift and place parts on racks to be powder-coated.
Rack and unrack finished products for packaging and final inspection.
Safely operate power tools to attach small screws.
Pack finished products for shipment.
Clean and sweep the work area as needed.
Assist with unloading and organizing parts as needed.
