Minimum 6 months recent general labor experience required.

Location: powder coating facility in Santa Ana, CA.

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Must be flexible for overtime.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recent general labor experience or equivalent.
• Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass E‑verify.
• Must speak Spanish or be bilingual.
• Prior experience in roles such as Assembly Line Worker, Machine Operator, Production Associate, Material Handler, and Packaging Worker is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Mask metal parts according to specifications to prepare for the powder coating process.
• Lift and place parts on racks to be powder-coated.
• Rack and unrack finished products for packaging and final inspection.
• Safely operate power tools to attach small screws.
• Pack finished products for shipment.
• Clean and sweep the work area as needed.
• Assist with unloading and organizing parts as needed.
