Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Estimator, located in Greater St. Louis. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates by analyzing project plans, specifications, and proposals. Day‑to‑day tasks include reviewing project documents, performing material take‑offs, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing, and presenting estimates in a detailed format. The Estimator will collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in cost estimation and project documentation analysis

Experience with material take‑offs and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in industrial coatings or related industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite
