About the Role We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and optimize maintenance operations in a high‑volume corrugated container manufacturing facility. This critical leadership role ensures equipment reliability, minimizes downtime, and drives continuous improvement across all maintenance functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all maintenance activities for a corrugated packaging plant, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support operational goals and capital projects.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a corrugated container facility.
Proven expertise in corrugated packaging equipment and processes.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
