Responsibilities

Process Innovation (PI) – Warehouse Operations

Analyze existing warehouse operations to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

Define optimal staffing levels and equipment requirements through cargo‑volume and workload analysis

Recommend system configurations that align with redesigned operational processes

Calculate required storage capacity and design efficient, optimized warehouse layouts

Process Innovation (PI) – Warehouse Systems

Assess current system architecture and provide clear, actionable recommendations for enhancement

Participate in modularizing the existing system to improve scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, with exposure to B2B & B2C operations and importing.

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.

Willingness to travel within the USA over 40%

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.
