Responsibilities
Direct workers in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment.
Oversee job execution in a multi‑craft environment, ensuring technical accuracy and high standards.
Provide employee training on procedures and safety practices, promoting compliance and risk reduction.
Oversee daily schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate maintenance projects for efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
Comprehensive technical training, including high school education supplemented by apprenticeship/applied trades or a two‑year associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
Skilled in integrating automated equipment with Siemens PLCs for process control and monitoring.
Experience supervising and directing a manufacturing maintenance team.
Hands‑on experience across technical disciplines, including industrial electrical (3‑phase), controls, mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, mathematics, and skilled use of hand tools such as welding, machining, and cutting.
Salary Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + Bonus
