Responsibilities RealPage System Ownership & Administration
Serve as the internal RealPage super user and subject matter expert across all modules in use.
Act as the primary point of contact for all RealPage-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and system support.
Lead and manage all direct communication with RealPage representatives, including support tickets, enhancements, implementations, and ongoing platform optimization.
Maintain system configurations, user roles, permissions, workflows, and data integrity to ensure consistent and effective use of the platform.
Develop and maintain internal documentation, user guides, and best practices related to RealPage usage.
Train and support internal stakeholders to ensure adoption, consistency, and proper system utilization.
Yardi to RealPage Transition Leadership
Own and lead the full transition of properties from Yardi to RealPage, from initial planning through post-go-live stabilization.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and migration strategies to ensure a smooth and controlled transition.
Coordinate data migration efforts, system testing, validation, and issue resolution in partnership with internal teams and RealPage.
Serve as the central coordinator across operations, accounting, property management, IT, and external vendors throughout the transition.
Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps, escalating issues as needed and driving solutions to keep the project on track.
Ensure all transitioned properties are fully operational in RealPage with minimal disruption to business operations.
Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination
Lead cross-departmental system and process initiatives related to RealPage and operational technology.
Develop and maintain project trackers, timelines, status reports, and dashboards to communicate progress and risks to leadership.
Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and status updates with internal teams and external partners.
Ensure clear communication, accountability, and follow-through across all stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Optimization
Evaluate existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, standardization, and automation within RealPage.
Partner with leadership and operational teams to implement system improvements that align with organizational goals.
Support ongoing enhancements and future system initiatives beyond the initial Yardi transition.
Requirements Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred.
4+ years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, or system administration.
Experience leading large-scale system transitions or property management software conversions (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, or similar platforms).
Experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment strongly preferred.
Direct experience administering or implementing RealPage strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives from start to finish.
High level of comfort acting as a system owner and subject matter expert.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with internal teams and external vendors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency with project management tools and reporting (e.g., MS Office, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar).
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating with a high level of ownership and accountability.
