A behavioral health organization in Indiana seeks a Lead Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to independently provide functional behavioral analytic services. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, BCBA certification, and at least five years of experience with children and adolescents facing developmental challenges. Responsibilities include implementing behavior intervention plans and supporting the professional development of BCBAs. This role operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
