Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Regional Water Resources Leader – Central Texas. The Regional Water Resources Leader is responsible for developing, growing, and leading the Water Resources practice across Central Texas. This senior role blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, practice development, client engagement, and high-level project oversight. The leader will represent the organization to clients, partners, and industry groups while driving excellence in delivery and long-term growth. This is a full-time, salaried position. Build and lead the Central Texas Water Resources practice, developing expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, conveyance, groundwater, storage, and water/wastewater treatment Develop and execute a regional business development strategy Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, partners, agencies, and industry leaders Represent the organization in client meetings, interviews, and professional forums Collaborate across office locations to leverage collective water resources capabilities Mentor staff and reinforce strong technical standards and team culture Serve as Senior Project Manager or Project Principal on major water resources projects, providing high-level oversight Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas 10+ years of progressive experience in Water Resources and/or Water/Wastewater Strong project management experience, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource oversight Experience working with municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, or state agencies Advanced knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, drainage, water/wastewater systems, and relevant environmental regulations Demonstrated success in practice growth, client development, and business acquisition Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-management skills Work-Life Balance
