Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Active
Professional Engineer (PE)
license in the State of Texas.
10+ years of progressive experience in municipal water/wastewater/reuse design and project delivery.
Ideally familiarity with Texas municipal infrastructure systems, regulations, and funding environments.
Demonstrated success in team leadership, business development, and operational management.
