Major Responsibilities
Monitor and dispatch proper authorities for residential and small business alarms, and contact appropriate responsible parties.
Work onsite from our office located at 285 Thruway Park Dr., West Henrietta, NY 14586.
After completing training and spending at least one full calendar month in production, may be eligible for a hybrid schedule (two days remote per week), based on performance goals.
Day in the Life
Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
Handle incoming alarm calls and place outgoing calls to verify alarm activity, dispatch proper authorities, and notify responsible parties.
Pay attention to detail while documenting alarm handling procedures within the alarm screens.
Complete alarm processing in accordance with departmental procedures.
Provide alarm reset instructions and basic troubleshooting to customers during outbound alarm calls.
Receive inbound calls related to alarm call back inquiries.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum six months of customer service experience required.
Ability to be licensed in multiple states.
Technical aptitude, problem‑solving skills and ability to prioritize multiple items at once.
Pay and Benefits Disclosure
– You will receive an hourly pay rate of $17.50, plus an additional $1.50 per hour for being an onsite or hybrid employee. Healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, short‑term and long‑term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off are also offered. Employees accrue up to 120 hours of paid time off in their first year, with an increased accrual rate thereafter, and 6 paid holidays.
