Responsibilities
Lead and implement Lean methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce operational waste.
Engage teams across the organization to embed continuous improvement and Lean principles.
Oversee multiple cross-functional improvement initiatives from planning to execution.
Coach and train employees at all levels to develop a culture of continuous improvement.
Analyze and optimize workflows to improve cycle times, standardization, and effectiveness.
Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen events, and other Lean exercises.
Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth process adoption.
Support strategic planning activities including capacity planning and capital project prioritization.
Use Lean problem-solving tools to drive improvements in key performance indicators.
Design and deliver Lean training programs, including Gemba walks and workshops.
Promote a culture of open communication, professional development, and innovation.
Collaborate with various departments during events and follow-up sessions.
Travel up to 10%.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience leading Lean initiatives in manufacturing, engineering, or corporate settings.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD; knowledge of Minitab or similar tools is a plus.
Comfortable balancing strategic office work with on‑site operational engagement.
