Base pay range $15.00/hr – $17.50/hr
Position Overview As a Shift Leader, you'll be the reliable support our team counts on to keep operations smooth when managers aren't present. You'll assist with opening/closing procedures, guide team members through daily tasks, and help maintain our high standards for customer service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Be the go‑to person when managers aren't on site – keeping the team focused and operations running smoothly
Help open and close the location following all procedures
Keep the wash line moving efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Support sales by demonstrating proper membership pitch techniques
Train new team members on basic operations
Handle minor customer service issues and escalates when needed
Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
Daily Routine
Opening/Closing Expert:
Lead setup and shutdown procedures to ensure everything is ready for business or properly secured
Customer Champion:
Greet customers warmly while looking out for membership opportunities during busy periods
Flow Master:
Keep the wash line moving efficiently by directing traffic and assisting where needed
Standard Keeper:
Help team members follow proper procedures while maintaining our quality and safety standards
Who You Are
A dependable go‑to – when the team needs help, you’re already stepping up
A natural with people – you make customers feel welcome and teammates feel supported
Quick on your feet – adapt fast, whether it’s a line of cars or a new task
Requirements
Show up on time, every time – reliability is key
6+ months experience in customer service or retail
Basic leadership skills (from school, sports, or other activities)
Willingness to learn opening/closing procedures
Some weekend availability (our busiest times)
Must be 18+
with ability to pass a background check

Positions Available Full‑time or Part‑time.
Working Days Monday – Sunday (full‑time team members must work some weekends).
Working Hours 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary).
Physical Demands
Working outdoors, including the summer heat and the winter cold
Standing for long periods at one time – no chairs on the lot
Quickly assisting customers by jogging/running
Lifting, pushing or pulling 40 lbs or more

Criteria:
Some previous leadership experience; a stickler for following procedures; prior sales experience (or EDGE‑ucator cert for promotion)
$16.50–$18.00/hr
Criteria:
1+ year sales + lead teams of 5+. Must assist in managing cars as they exit the tunnel and directing them to the lot and/or full‑service and express details where available; comfortable with upselling and selling memberships
$18.00–$20.00/hr
Criteria:
Leads teams of 8+ for 6+ months; 2+ years sales experience (membership/commission preferred); mastery of all site roles (pay station, tunnel, detailing)
