Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.50/hr Shift Lead

As a Shift Leader you’ll be the reliable support our team counts on to keep operations smooth when managers aren’t present. You’ll assist with opening/closing procedures, guide team members through daily tasks, and help maintain high standards for customer service and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Benevolent go‑to when managers aren’t on site – keep team focused and operations running smoothly. Opening and closing following procedures. Maintain wash line efficiency while ensuring quality. Support sales with membership pitch techniques. Train new team members on basic operations. Handle minor customer service issues and escalated as needed. Ensure safety and cleanliness standards met. Daily Routine
Opening/Closing Expert:
Lead setup and shutdown procedures. Customer Champion:
Greet customers warmly; look for membership opportunities. Flow Master:
Direct traffic to keep wash line moving efficiently. Standard Keeper:
Ensure team follows procedures while maintaining quality and safety. Who You Are
Dependant go‑to: you step up when the team needs help. Natural with people: welcome customers and support teammates. Quick on feet: adapt fast to changing situations. Requirements
Reliability – show up on time, every time. 6+ months experience in customer service or retail. Basic leadership skills (even from school, sports, or other activities). Willingness to learn opening/closing procedures. Some weekend availability (our busiest times). Must be 18+

Monday – Sunday (full‑time team members must work some weekends). Working Hours
7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary). Physical Demands
