Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. (ADTI) is seeking three Product Managers to join our Ruskin Business Segment. Each individual will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one of the following product categories: Architectural or Louvers. These roles are critical to driving revenue growth and innovation within their respective markets. Each Product Manager will own the full product lifecycle for their assigned segment, from strategy and development through launch and performance analysis.
What You Will Do
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Define product requirements and specifications, including software needs where applicable.
Develop marketing strategies and pricing models tailored to your segment.
Create time-integrated plans for product introduction and manage production timetables.
Analyze product performance post-launch and recommend improvements.
How You Will Do It
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to identify gaps and generate innovative ideas that expand market share.
Create buy-in for the product vision across internal and external stakeholders.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and actionable plans.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Partner closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions with quick time-to-market and optimal resource allocation.
Drive product launches, coordinating efforts across sales, marketing, application engineering, and programming teams.
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure alignment with product strategy and effective messaging.
Serve as product champion to promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of products.
Represent ADTI through customer visits to gather feedback and identify areas for innovation.
Segment-Specific Focus
Architectural:
Collaborate with architects, specifiers, and design professionals to ensure products meet aesthetic and performance requirements for commercial and institutional projects.
Louvers:
Ensure compliance with AMCA standards, weather resistance, and performance specifications for ventilation and protection applications.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in air distribution or control equipment design or manufacturing.
Proven success in managing all aspects of a product’s lifecycle.
Strong skills in developing product and marketing strategies with the ability to communicate and execute effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with market research and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred
MBA with 2-3 years of product management experience.
Segment-specific experience in Architectural design, Data Center cooling systems, or Louvers performance standards.
Solid understanding of product cost structure and market-based pricing models.
