Account Manager - Ruskin (Grandview)

Ruskin, a subsidiary of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., is seeking an Account Manager to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience by cultivating strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business success. This role is pivotal in supporting revenue growth and cross‑functional collaboration, with a focus on proactive communication and strategic account planning.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary liaison and account owner between Ruskin and assigned clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with account stakeholders to ensure retention and loyalty.
Monitor account performance metrics weekly and drive improvements to exceed client expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve risks throughout the order lifecycle.
Troubleshoot customer issues quickly to minimize disruption and maintain satisfaction.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with client goals and company capabilities.
Collect and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Monitor accounts daily to identify risks and drive proactive communication.
Follow pricing schedules and discount policies to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
Facilitate order management processes from quote to post‑sale support.
What We’re Looking For Required
Four‑year business degree or equivalent combination of education and customer‑facing experience.
2+ years in customer service, account management, or sales roles.
5+ years in customer‑facing customer service roles in lieu of a degree.
Proficiency in interpreting customer requests and business documents.
Strong communication skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, code regulations, and agency standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and CRM software.
Preferred
Experience supporting manufactured products in the commercial building market.
Demonstrated emotional intelligence and flexibility across multiple projects.
Work Environment The work environment is primarily in a professional office setting with standard office equipment and a climate‑controlled atmosphere designed for productivity.
