Role Overview Position: Full‑time HVAC Lead Installation Technician (On the road). Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour. With training, resources, and a bonus program, technicians can earn up to $100,000 per year. Top candidates may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus up to $3,000.
Key Responsibilities
Install new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes.
Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary and bonus program; sign‑on bonus up to $3,000.
Consistent and flexible scheduling – 9‑5 to 4‑10 with flexible days.
Robust paid training and professional development path – 150 hours of training per year.

Required Qualifications
Experience as an HVAC Install Technician.
Relevant licenses and certifications: CT D‑1 or D‑2 license; CT S‑1 or S‑2 license; EPA Type II.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Clean and neat appearance.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Hard‑working and motivated.
