Patient Access Representative – St. Louis, MO High‑impact front‑desk role with Total Access Urgent Care (TAUC). Work 12‑hour shifts, 3 days per week in a fast‑paced, full‑service urgent‑care clinic. Salary $17–$18/hour plus comprehensive benefits.

Our state‑of‑the‑art facilities provide IV hydration, laceration suturing, fracture reduction, abscess drainage, and advanced diagnostics (X‑ray, CT, ultrasound, EKG, labs). Responsibilities

Warm greeting and professional welcome to every patient.

Efficient intake and accurate patient information entry into EMR.

Insurance verification using online tools and EMR systems.

Clear explanation of copays, deductibles, and coverage.

Collect copays and reiterate visit costs with courtesy.

Handle sensitive conversations with tact and professionalism.

Answer incoming calls and assist patient questions or follow‑up.

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Create a warm, helpful, and efficient front‑desk experience for every visitor.

Day in the Role

Welcome and check in 30–60 patients per high‑volume, fast‑paced clinic setting.

Accurate EMR entry of patient information.

Insurance verification using online tools and EMR systems.

Explain copays, deductibles, and coverage in an easy‑to‑understand way.

Collect copays and explain visit costs professionally.

Handle sensitive or difficult conversations with tact.

Answer incoming calls and assist patient questions or follow‑up.

Collaborate closely with clinical staff for smooth patient flow.

Create a warm, helpful, and efficient front‑desk experience for every visitor.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 18 years old.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must be able to “rove” between locations during a shift).

Available to work 12‑hour shifts (no overnights), with alternating weekends and holidays.
