What You’ll Do
Source and engage qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles using advanced sourcing techniques and tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies aligned with business goals.
Communicate insights and progress to recruiting leaders through data-driven reports, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the interview process, ensuring speed, transparency, and professionalism.
Optimize processes for efficiency and ROI while keeping candidate and client experience as the top priority.
Basic Qualifications
Experience in high-volume recruiting using phone, email, and text outreach.
Hands‑on experience with CTS/ATS systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, ideally supporting roles such as Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Electricians, and Engineering Technicians.
1+ years of CTS/ATS experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
Strong technical sourcing capabilities using a mix of tools and resources.
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and projects simultaneously.
Skilled in networking and relationship-building, with a creative approach to sourcing.
Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
Ability to execute recruiting strategies, including employer branding, diversity sourcing, and interview management.
Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced environments with minimal supervision.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $36.00 – $37.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
