Coach & Inspire: Elevate teams and leaders to embrace agile values, foster psychological safety, and unlock their full potential
Accelerate Delivery: Remove barriers, streamline processes, and ensure strategy translates into tangible outcomes
Empower Ownership: Guide teams toward self‑organization, sharpen product vision, and simplify complexity for faster innovation
Scale & Align: Connect the dots between strategy, operations, and delivery—keeping everyone focused on what matters most
Drive Continuous Evolution: Lead retrospectives that spark creativity, champion experimentation, and embed a culture of relentless improvement
Measure Impact: Track progress and communicate success stories that inspire the entire organization
What You Bring
Several years hands‑on experience as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Chapter Lead
A track record of leading agile transformations that deliver measurable impact
Deep knowledge of agile frameworks and the ability to adapt them to real‑world challenges
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence at team, cluster and organizational level
A proactive, solution‑driven mindset with a passion for innovation and change
Scrum Master certification (CSM® or PSM I) is a strong plus
Willingness to travel occasionally to our office locations
