Test Bench Engineer
to join our client in
Palm Bay, FL
on a
Full-Time, Direct Hire
basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in
computer engineering, electronics, and microchip testing
to work hands‑on with cutting‑edge semiconductor and microelectronic devices.
Pay range:
$80,000.00/yr
–
$120,000.00/yr
(Base pay range)
What You’ll Do:
Design, configure, and debug semiconductor/microelectronic test setups, including DUT boards, PCB interfaces, burn‑in boards, and custom fixtures.
Analyze datasheets, test plans, and MIL‑STD requirements to define electrical and functional test conditions.
Perform electrical characterization, functional, programming, and environmental testing.
Maintain detailed engineering notes, schematics, and test records.
Support Sales and Engineering with quoting, hardware needs, and process improvements.
Contribute to LabVIEW or automation development (preferred).
Ideal Candidate:
Background in Computer/Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
Hands‑on experience with test bench equipment, semiconductor/microchip testing, or DUT/PCB/Burn‑in board setup and debugging.
Experience with software related to testing physical devices, including LabVIEW or other automation tools.
Strong ability to read datasheets, create test plans, and execute accurate, repeatable tests.
