About the Opportunity A leading mechanical contractor is seeking a driven Commercial Account Manager to join their Austin-based commercial division. This is a high-impact, hunter-style sales role where you’ll leverage your book of business to drive revenue from day one.

We're looking for someone who knows HVAC and plumbing inside and out—someone who’s sold it, lived it, and can build trust with facility managers, property owners, and GC partners. What You’ll Do

Sell commercial HVAC and plumbing service, maintenance, and retrofit solutions

Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to generate new accounts

Negotiate, close, and oversee contract execution in partnership with operations

Support the client relationship from sale through service delivery

Meet / exceed monthly sales targets and report on pipeline progress

Stay current on local codes, product updates, and mechanical service trends

Resolve issues proactively to maintain long-term client satisfaction

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in commercial HVAC or plumbing (field + sales)

5+ years of direct B2B sales in HVAC or plumbing services

Existing book of business and ability to hit the ground running

Hunter mindset with excellent communication and closing skills

Strong organization and follow-through

Experience with Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms

Ability to work independently and thrive in a goal-driven environment

What’s Offered

Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000

Commission on all closed sales
