Developer
for a
Contract
with a client in
Columbus, OH (Remote) . You will develop and optimize enterprise applications using Java, Spring Framework, and advanced SQL while ensuring robust CI/CD practices.
Rate Range:
$35/hour to $37/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Developer Job Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise applications using Java and Spring Framework, ensuring scalability and performance.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for efficient data handling and integration.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools such as GitHub Actions and Harness NextGen.
Utilize mocking frameworks like Mockito or JMock for unit testing and automated test coverage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master’s preferred).
8–10 years of experience in Java development with strong expertise in Spring Framework and SQL.
Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation using tools like GitHub Actions and Harness NextGen.
Familiarity with mocking frameworks (Mockito, JMock) and Guidewire PolicyCenter is preferred.
