As part of our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Software Sales Account Manager to join the One Identity team in Germany. The role will work with the DACH Sales and Channel‑Management to develop and execute a strategic plan to drive license revenue, primarily from net‑new accounts and existing customers, with a focus on the Defence industry.
Responsibilities
Translate sales targets for the defined territory into a cohesive achievement plan aligned with the DACH strategy.
Work in conjunction with the DACH, EMEA, and Global channel teams to accelerate success in the defined industry sectors.
Build a virtual team of resources and key stakeholders within One Identity to assist in all areas of the sales process.
Articulate the One Identity message across the entire product portfolio from both a technical and business perspective.
Think and communicate concepts within this special industry.
Undertake periodic reviews of activity/achievement against agreed targets with milestone metrics to track achievement and develop alternative strategies if needed.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Provide timely and accurate performance reporting for DACH management forecasting.
Qualifications
7+ years of proven sales experience with Enterprise software, preferably focused on Identity and/or Security‑centric products.
A wide, existing network of established contacts across the defence industry.
Valid Ü1/Ü2/Ü3 security clearance.
Willingness to travel across the territory as required.
Technical acumen to present and sell technology products in a business context.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills at the enterprise level.
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent spoken & written English language skills.
Ability to work independently and on own initiative while being a strong team player.
High standard of excellence, attention to detail, professionalism, and role‑model behaviour.
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and experience using the MEDDICC/MEDDPICC sales methodology is advantageous.
