About the Role LHH is partnering with a leading law firm to identify a skilled
Conflicts Analyst
to join their team. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with ethical standards and firm policies by reviewing new business intake requests for potential conflicts of interest. You’ll collaborate closely with attorneys, assistants, and the Conflicts/Intake team to deliver accurate and timely conflict analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and analyze conflict check reports using Elite 3E, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Work directly with attorneys and staff to clarify information and resolve potential conflicts.
Provide clear, actionable summaries and guidance to address identified issues.
Conduct research on prospective clients and related parties using online databases and other resources.
Support additional projects, including lateral hire reviews and ethical wall implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in conflicts analysis or law firm operations (paralegal/legal assistant experience considered).
Familiarity with Elite 3E and Outlook is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
