Litigation Secretary
to support a busy team of attorneys. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a stable hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: Prepare, format, and file legal documents (state and federal courts) Manage calendars, deadlines, and court dates E-filing (state and federal) and service of documents Draft and revise correspondence, pleadings, and discovery Maintain organized case files and support trial preparation Communicate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel Handle administrative tasks including billing support as needed
Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation secretary experience (insurance defense preferred) Strong knowledge of California court rules and procedures Proficiency with e-filing platforms and document management systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines Team-oriented, dependable, and professional Salary up to
