Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a generalist book of business, primarily small to mid‑market accounts, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience.

Responsibilities
Manage a generalist book of business with a focus on small to mid‑market accounts, including fire department specialties.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Oversee policy renewals, account rounding, and servicing.
Collaborate with department managers and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
2-10 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a preference for candidates with 3+ years of experience.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
Strong customer service orientation.
Reliable and dependable.
Warm, personable, and professional demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
