Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Commercial Lines Account Manager
to join a growing team. This role is integral to operations, focusing on the comprehensive servicing of a generalist book of business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client management.
Compensation Package
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (depending on experience)
Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
Responsibilities
Manage a generalist book of business, including small to middle-market accounts, with occasional large accounts.
Provide end-to-end servicing of accounts, including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and other commercial lines.
Quote new and renewal business as required.
Utilize agency management software (EPIC) for account management and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications/Requirements
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a proven ability to manage a book of business valued at $3 million or more.
Proficiency in agency management software (EPIC preferred, but training can be provided).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
