Direct Hire, Legal Secretary
opportunity available for a reputable firm in Greenwich, CT. Our client is seeking a
Trusts & Estates Legal Secretary
to support one Trusts & Estates Partner and one Associate. This position will require fully onsite work, Monday through Friday, from 9am - 5pm. Responsibilities
Drafting and revising legal documents Creating, finalizing, sending out and processing client bills and payments Processing monthly and quarterly reimbursements/check requests for attorneys Answering telephone calls, routing calls, and taking detailed messages as needed Calendar management and meeting coordination (sending meeting invites, preparing meeting materials, arranging for catering, etc.) Filing, preparing and e-filing probate court documents Various other types of administrative and clerical support such as faxing, photocopying, and preparing email and typed mail correspondence (including overnight mail correspondence via UPS, FedEx, and USPS) Provide additional secretarial/reception coverage as needed Some overtime may be required Requirements
2+ years of prior experience working in the legal field, specifically with Trusts & Estates Excellent computer skills; MS Office(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Zoom and other software and virtual meeting systems Knowledge and experience working with various computer hardware such as multi-line telephones and voicemail systems, fax/copiers/printers Professional demeanor in person and via email/telephone Good attendance and punctuality Exemplary customer service and written/verbal communication skills If this position is a fit with your search criteria, background and qualifications, please send us your resume ASAP!
