We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our high-value case docket at our personal injury law firm. This attorney will work closely with a senior attorney to support case preparation on our extremely high-value case docket, including depositions, discovery, legal research, drafting, and client communication. This role is ideal for an attorney who is eager to gain hands‑on experience, develop litigation skills, and grow within a fast‑paced, client‑focused practice. Responsibilities
Serve as legal counsel on clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, trials, depositions, and litigation, in addition to supporting senior attorneys for the preparation of the same. Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents. Interview clients, supporting witnesses, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, and medical providers to collect information. Assess potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly. Qualifications
One year of personal injury litigation or trial experience is required. Texas license to practice law and State Bar Association membership are required. Bachelor’s degree and J.D. are required. Up‑to‑date knowledge of personal injury law, wrongful death, civil law is required. Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred. Compensation
$90,000 - $115,000 per year.
