Recruiting Manager & Team Member at Resolvere Law Title:
Associate (3-5 years of experience)

Position Summary Resolvere will match or beat your current compensation package. As a Litigation Attorney with at least 3-5 years of legal experience, you will manage your own matters and lead others. Our current focus is on business, real estate, construction, and general civil litigation matters. You are required to work independently, with mentorship, and will handle cases from start to finish, including settlement negotiations and courtroom appearances. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to professional growth, client service, and shall drive the success of the firm.

Clients consistently feel informed and supported throughout the legal process.
Competencies
Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
Maintain organized case files and meet all court‑imposed and internal deadlines.
Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and briefs tailored to each case.
Perform legal research and apply findings to strengthen case positions.
Negotiate settlements effectively while prioritizing client interests.
Develop and execute legal strategies in line with client goals.
Communicate with clients and provide updates.
Contribute as a leader within the firm.
Education & Experience
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the State Bar of Arizona.
Strong research and writing skills.
