Success Looks Like

You take lead on complex civil litigation matters with minimal oversight.

You mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff.

You manage multiple cases while maintaining top-quality legal work and communication.

You contribute to firm growth through leadership, collaboration, and strategic input.

You model and uphold firm values in client work and internal interactions.

Objectives

Manage a full litigation caseload from intake through trial and resolution.

Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances.

Collaborate with team members on case strategy and firm development.

Provide mentorship and supervision to junior associates and externs.

Identify opportunities for client growth and contribute to business development.

Competencies

Proven litigation skills, including trial and deposition experience.

Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical abilities.

Strong leadership and mentoring mindset.

High-level case management and organizational skills.

Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service.

Ability to align with a growing firm’s mission and values.

Education & Experience

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Licensed with the Arizona State Bar.

Minimum 6–8 years of civil litigation experience.

Trial experience is strongly preferred.

Experience with construction, real estate, or business litigation.

Physical Requirement
