An established firm based in Fort Lauderdale with over 10 years in practice is seeking a 3 Personal Injury Attorneys to join their team onsite. This group is looking to add a Litigation Associate (2+ years), Pre‑Litigation Associate, and a Senior Trial Attorney (10+ years and first chair experience). Candidates will have experience with personal injury matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters. Senior Attorneys will be highly compensated and have access to draws. Compensation

Associate Attorney Salary range: $95,000‑$160,000, contingent on experience. Senior Trial Attorney Salary: highly compensated, discussed directly with the Managing Partner. Senior Attorneys also access to draws. Benefits

All candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in Florida. The ideal Litigation and/or Pre‑Litigation Associate candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience handling personal injury litigation. The ideal Senior Trial Attorney candidate will have at least 10+ years of experience handling personal injury litigation and extensive First Chair Trial experience. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex cases from inception to resolution are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with a commitment to client service and teamwork. Responsibilities

Screen potential litigation clients and conduct in-depth interviews with clients and witnesses. Manage case files and oversee all aspects of litigation strategy. Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, negotiate with insurance companies, and prepare for mediations and settlement discussions. Conduct witness interviews and depositions, prepare clients for depositions, and provide legal counsel throughout the litigation process. Assist with trial preparation and representation as needed and collaborate closely with supervising attorneys to ensure seamless case management and results‑driven litigation.
