Are you a detailed-oriented individual with a passion for law? Werner Hoffman Greig & Garcia are seeking a Full-Time Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. The Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal will play a vital role in supporting our personal injury team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including pre-litigation and litigation.
Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
Manage case files, deadlines, calendars, and court filings.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, medical providers, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Request, review, and organize medical records, billing, and related documentation.
Prepare settlement demands, summaries, and trial binders.
Track case costs, liens, and settlement disbursements.
Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination.
Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical case files.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation.
Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and deadlines.
Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not required.
Salary commensurate with experience.
