Associate Attorney – Real Estate and Business Litigation Salary Range:

$100,000 - $175,000 per year

Job Details We’re looking for an Associate Attorney who thrives on challenges, values balance and creativity, and seeks a supportive environment where you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, supportive setting that values learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Responsibilities

Work alongside knowledgeable attorneys, gaining hands‑on experience in all aspects of civil litigation.

Draft pleadings, prepare discovery, and craft compelling motions.

Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation, often second or third‑chairing in court.

Strengthen your writing skills with guidance from skilled mentors.

Qualifications

Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school.

Arizona bar admission.

1–4 years in civil litigation.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities; writing proficiency is a plus.

Ready to learn, adaptable, detail‑oriented, solution‑focused, and resilient in a high‑energy, high‑stakes environment.
