Trial Attorney – Commercial Litigation/Insurance Defense

Ideally Austin, TX and San Antonio, TX – Open to Remote
Salary:
$150k–$200k + Bonus

Position Overview You will have a primary responsibility of representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, researching cases, and providing legal advice. These candidates should have excellent communication, research, and writing skills, be able to work under pressure, and effectively negotiate settlements.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on legal matters.
Research cases, laws, and regulations.
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Negotiate settlements.
Represent clients in court.
Prepare and deliver court presentations.
Keep abreast of any changes in the law.

Qualifications
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited college.
3+ years of experience in Insurance Defense.
Proficiency in handling cases including General Liability, Premises Liability, Auto Accidents, Worksite Accidents, Product Liability, and General Insurance.
