You are comfortable working with data, communicating cross-functionally, and continuously looking for ways to improve service levels, reduce excess inventory, and optimize the end-to-end planning process.**TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Review and revise safety stock settings regularly for all finished goods, ensuring appropriate buffers by location based on demand variability, lead times, and service level targets. **Other Responsibilities** Contribute to team training, documentation, and knowledge sharing to support planning process standardization and capability building. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Education, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience:** 5-6 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or materials planning (CPG manufacturing preferred).Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis; ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights.Familiarity with S&OP or IBP processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
