WHY WE ARE A GREAT PLACE TO WORK: Role: Customer Care Representative
Location: West Sacramento, CA
Pay: $19-$23 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs
Schedule: You'll work full-time anytime between our business operation hours of 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required on Saturdays, and you'll be notified of any additional hours or schedule changes. Your schedule is subject to change due to the season.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: As a Customer Care Representative, you'll spend your days generating new business opportunities and driving customer loyalty by re‑engaging with existing clients. Using our comprehensive customer database in ServiceTitan, you'll reintroduce our services to valued clients and skillfully manage outbound calls based on customer needs. You will regularly update customer information in our database and identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional services. During your interactions, you will use company‑provided scripts while focusing on building relationships and strengthening connections through personalized outreach. You'll schedule follow‑up calls and manage the sales pipeline within ServiceTitan, always maintaining accurate records. By staying current on industry trends and our company's latest services, you will provide knowledgeable communication. You'll also coordinate with our internal customer service and technical support teams to ensure a seamless service experience.
QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of phone sales and customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software
Geographic knowledge of the service area and the ability to read maps
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the HVAC industry
Experience using ServiceTitan or similar CRM systems
