CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

Lead Navigator Job Summary A Lead Navigator is an individual in recovery from AOD use and/or GMH for at least one year with at least 90 days experience as a Navigator or Peer Support Specialist. The Lead Navigator works with homeless individuals, providing outreach, engagement, case management, and wrap‑around services to end homelessness. The Lead Navigator coordinates and monitors RBHA and non‑RBHA community‑based services and mentors Navigator II in onboarding and program fulfillment. The Lead Navigator masters coordinated entry, housing referral, leasing, wrap‑around services, and discharge.

Skills/Requirements

High school diploma or GED required. Associate’s degree in a behavioral health field preferred.

1–3 years of full‑time health‑care related work experience preferred.

Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Current driver’s license.

Clear 39‑month motor vehicle record.

Behavioral Health Technician in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33.
