PWR AG & Holmes Creek Headwaters Ranch, a local ranching / hunting operation, is seeking a dedicated and self‑motivated individual to join our team as a Ranch Hand. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, focusing on land improvements, daily cow/calf duties, preparing and maintaining land and assisting in the breeding of game birds. If you have a passion for Hunting and Ranch Management, we encourage you to apply. This full‑time position offers the chance to work mostly unsupervised, reporting directly to the Owner, with ample room for growth and expansion in pay, leadership, and experience.
Responsibilities
Operating heavy equipment such as tractors, loaders, and excavators as required.
Performing repairs and maintenance on ranch equipment.
Heavy lifting as needed for tasks.
Using hand tools and power tools to complete various ranch maintenance tasks.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas.
Assisting with animal care and feeding.
Assisting with the Cattle and Birds is going to be a main factor.
