is seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst who serves as a logistics and sustainment SME supporting readiness, maintenance, and supply chain optimization for Naval Aviation programs.
Location: NAS Patuxent River, MD Hours: 0800 to 1630, Monday – Friday. Some supported government offices start as early as 0600/0630 and end as late as 1800, Monday – Friday Clearance: Ability to successfully obtain a NACI Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen Employment Type: Full‑Time Client: U.S. Navy, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers (COMFRC)

Key Responsibilities
Conduct logistics and organizational studies and evaluations
Design systems and procedures to improve operational effectiveness
Analyze maintenance, provisioning, and supply chain data
Prepare logistics and readiness documentation
Lead mission‑critical logistics and readiness initiatives
Oversee and mentor junior analysts
Lead sustainment trade studies and readiness impact analyses
Technology & Systems Familiarity

MAL‑EIT logistics tools
Required Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain
Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience producing accurate meeting minutes, governance documentation, and formal reports.
Strong writing, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with various logistics databases and technologies and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Ability to work onsite at NAS PAX River, MD.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting DOD, Navy COMFRC headquarters components.
