Do you love talking to people, have some experience in sales, want to learn how to manage people, love shoes, and want to make some cash? We’re looking for an energetic and dependable individual to be part of our sales team.
The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry‑level part‑time management role that will not only sell our shoes to customers but also manage and lead the sales team when you are the manager on duty. This role is for the person looking for a career with great job growth in a company that values internal promotion.

What you will do:
Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
Ring up sales using the computer, take cash/run credit cards.
Help re‑stock the sales floor.
Keep the store neat and clean.
Teach others how to do all the above.
Lead the rest of the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
Make deposits at the bank.
Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation to take deposits to the bank.
Want to teach others how to sell and learn how to be a people manager.
Willing to open/close the store, knowing that there may be times when you are alone.
Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Can kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop and lift 25–50 pounds.
