Do you love talking to people, have some experience in sales, want to learn how to manage people, love shoes, and want to earn some money? Shoe Sensation is looking for an energetic and dependable individual to join our sales team.
The 2nd Assistant Manager is an entry-level part-time management role that will sell our shoes to customers and also manage and lead the sales team when you are the manager on duty. This role offers a career path with great growth in a company that values internal promotion.

What you will do
Greet customers and guide them through their shopping experience.
Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories to customers.
Ring up sales in the computer, take cash/run credit cards.
Help re‑stock the sales floor.
Keep the store neat and clean.
Teach others how to do the above.
Lead the team to ensure the best customer sales experience.
Make deposits at the bank.
Process freight and set the sales floor as it arrives.

What you need
Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and personal transportation for bank deposits.
Willing to teach others how to sell and learn people‑management skills.
Willing and able to open/close the store, including times when you may be alone.
Willing and able to stand and walk for long periods.
Able to kneel, twist, bend, climb a ladder, reach, stoop, and lift 25–50 pounds.
