Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities
Conduct tours of models, vacant apartments, property, and property amenities.
Utilize resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activity such as inquiries, appointments, prospect follow up, quotes, rental agreements, and renewals.
Maintain closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.
Process rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval of the Property Manager.
Follow through and assume accountability for overall move‑in program.
Assist in initiating and closing out service requests.
Conduct market surveys of comparable properties.
Assist with outreach marketing program.
Help plan, schedule, organize and participate in resident functions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.
Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
Able to work weekends.

Job Type Full‑time, in office (no hybrid working)
Compensation $18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus bonus
