About the Role: Leasing Specialist
Looking for leasing jobs or a career in property management? As a Leasing Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective residents and a key player in resident satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities
Manage leads, follow up with prospects, and close leases
Process rental applications, secure deposits, and ensure Fair Housing compliance
Coordinate apartment readiness and move‑ins
Follow up on maintenance requests to ensure satisfaction
Assist with resident appreciation and retention events
What We’re Looking For
Passion for exceptional customer service
Leasing experience in multifamily housing preferred
Affordable housing experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends as needed)
Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, email
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with Yardi or RealPage property management software preferred
